I like the ring is comfortable I arrive well protected, the charging cable is fragile so I take care of it a lot, I basically use the ring to measure sleep and thus not wear a watch, the ring can be wet but not for long is not submersible, Internally it looks like metal but on the outside it is like plastic, but it feels very good it is comfortable, its app could improve a little, if you move your arm even while sitting, it tells you the steps so they do not use it to count steps it is useless, saturation and heart control is adequate.
I thought this was a bit of a gimmick but it turns out it's very useful. because I like a real watch and not computerised ones, even though I own a Samsung watch, I bought this to track my sleep. it does everything a watch does except tell the time and nfc payments all for under a tenner. I got the largest size and it just about fits my little finger
I was concerned about the accuracy of the heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen monitoring or if they would even work. They work extremely well, the rings data almost perfectly matches my Apple Watches heart rate data. So far I’ve been wearing it for 36 hours straight and I’m at 66% battery on the ring. Incredible that a $20 smart ring works.
